Our focus is on small businesses and residential users. We offer one-to-one (or a small group) training, and the education is geared toward the needs of the User.

DATA TRANSFER is dependent upon the health of the hard drive. In each case we will diagnose the hard drive and give the customer a flat rate (labor) for the Data Recovery. Customer provides the external hard drive for the data to be copied onto (or the cost of the external HD will be added to the project fees).

We love hearing from you, and your personal referrals. Satisfied customers help us grow our business.

Our Expertise

As our lifestyles have become increasingly dependent on our computers, it can be extremely frustrating when things go wrong. Technology makes life easier in many ways, but if it's not managed correctly, your computer can actually add stress to your life rather than reduce it.

PERFORMANCE: Is your internet connection frustratingly slow? Does it seem like it takes forever for web pages to load?

Is your computer filled with unneeded files and obsolete settings? - every time you start your computer or open a program, your PC has to load and process all these useless items.

You're not alone. You need to send an email, but your online service freezes or 'hiccups'? You're putting the final touches on a document you've slaved over, and the computer mysteriously crashes?

We can help. PHOTOGRAPHS: Let us help you back up the visual memory of an event before anything happens to your computer or to the photos. Make sure you have a plan in place to hold onto your valuable photos.

A Plan: More than half of people (52%) don't keep a backup of their digital files and photos, leaving them precariously susceptible to loss through accidental deletion, media corruption, and other digital disasters.

Have a backup plan in place. Backups should be a regular part of your computer maintenance. Make sure you keep copies of your files in a safe place, and keep to a regular backup schedule so that your copies are relatively current.
